Employees and managers can access the new tool 24/7 from a computer or mobile device. It offers a simplified way to submit and monitor employee injury claims to help manage risks and reduce the likelihood of repeated injuries in the workplace.

Follow these steps to report an injury or illness using the new online reporting tool:
- Access the injury and illness reporting tool
- Log in with your campus sign-on credentials
- Select "Report Employee Injury or Illness" from the Quick Link menu.
