- Employees may choose to contact Disability Management Services (DMS) to speak informally with the assigned Disability Analyst or request to meet with the DMS Director.
- St. Francis/St. Mary’s employees may reach out directly to the hospital Human Resources department for information on reasonable accommodations.
- Employees may also consult with the Chief Accessibility and Inclusion Officer, Wendy Tobias, [email protected] to discuss potential informal solutions which may include working with the employee's supervisor and DMS, or to discuss the accommodations process in general with the employee
